Please note: All order value discounts, Settlement discounts and carriage charges shown below are only applicable to goods ordered and charged from our standard price list to mainland UK customers.

£250.00 and over – 3% discount
£500.00 and over – 5% discount
£1000.00 and over – 7.5% discount
3% - 7 Days
1.5% - 30 Days
Net monthly account – thereafter overdue
Carriage charges to mainland UK
Minimum Order £100 with a carriage charge of £15.00
Orders of £200 and over – carriage Paid
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days subject to credit facilities, availability of goods and booking in requirements.
Claims for Short Delivery or damaged Goods
1. Must be made on the carriers own consignment note AND
2. Must be made in writing and/or faxed to the above address
Within 7 days of receipt of goods or no claims will be accepted.
Retention of Title
ROBERT SCOTT & SONS LTD remain the owner of all goods supplied to the customer until such time as the customer has paid in full the purchase price due and all sums owed on any account due to Robert Scott & Sons Ltd. The goods shall remain the property of Robert Scott and the Buyer shall store them so that they are readily identifiable as Robert Scott’s goods, until such time as payment has been received in full. If the goods have been re-sold, Robert Scott’s beneficial entitlement shall be attached to the proceeds of the re-sale and will be able to claim the full purchase price of the proceeds received. Robert Scott may for the purpose of retrieving its goods enter upon any premises where they are stored or where they are reasonably thought to be stored and may repossess the same. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all goods received from the company are fully insured against every eventuality including, but not limited to , fire, theft, flooding etc, until such time ownership of said goods has passed to the purchaser. Should the goods become damaged in any way after they have been received by the purchaser, the purchaser shall be liable to pay the company the full purchase price of the goods.
